What to Expect
For those who want to aim for paint perfection, while keeping the original paint and not spending thousands on a full respray. Although our Revival Detail can boost gloss, its aim isn't to remove every last scratch. With A Day In The Bay, however, we polish each panel multiple times to remove deep imperfections, aiming for 95% defect removal.
EXTERIOR DEEP CLEAN
Full deep clean front to back, including wheel arches and barrels. Paint is left perfectly prepped for polishing.
MACHINE POLISHING PREP
Your car is then taken into the detailing bay, where each panel is wiped down to ensure a dust-free surface for polishing
DEEP SCRATCH REMOVAL
Our heavy cut polishing pads then file down the heavy swirls, cutting the paint flat and removing up to 95% of defects
REFINEMENT POLISH
After the heavy-cut stage, the paint is left dull. It's only at this stage we'll refine the paint to make it look like a mirror
CERAMIC COATING
After the intensive polishing we'll seal the gloss in with our 2-year ceramic coating as standard, adding to the extreme gloss.
THE TORCH TEST INSPECTION
After each Day In The Bay package we inspect each panel under inspection lights, ensuring we have polished each panel to the highest standard for machine polishing.
