These terms govern your use of AWD Mobile Detailing's services, including any bookings made through this website. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

When you book a service through this website, you are requesting an appointment which we will confirm by email or text message. Payment is due at the time of booking or on completion of the service, as stated at checkout. Prices are shown in advance and may vary based on the specific service or vehicle selected.

We understand that plans change. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a fee to cover the time reserved for you.

We carry out all work to a professional standard and take care to protect your property throughout. In the unlikely event something goes wrong, please let us know as soon as possible so we can put it right. Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate. The current version will always be available on this page, and continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
